What the number means

What does the 500+ container figure include?

AL NOOR EXIM began export operations in 2022 as a proprietorship and now operates as a registered partnership firm. The company-recorded 500+ figure covers containers handled across that continuous operating history.

RecordExplanation
PeriodExport operations from 2022 onward.
Company figureMore than 500 export containers handled, based on internal transaction and shipment records across the earlier proprietorship and current partnership.
Current legal identityRegistered partnership firm using the current IEC, GST and APEDA records shown on the certifications page.
Products and marketsShipment activity has included Indian agricultural products supplied to overseas buyers. Product, destination and lot evidence is shared only where commercially and legally appropriate.
Past buyer marketsOur team has worked with buyers in Sri Lanka, Oman, the UAE, Bahrain and Qatar. Current product availability, routes and terms are confirmed for each new enquiry.
Verification standardBuyers should match the quotation, invoice, bank beneficiary, IEC/GST identity and shipment documents for the specific transaction.

Important: the 500+ figure is a company-recorded operational total. It should not be read as a count independently certified by APEDA, DGFT, customs or a commercial shipment-data provider.

Why public counts differ

Why can public shipment databases show a lower count?

01 · IDENTITY MATCHING

Different legal identities

Records may sit under an earlier proprietorship, the current partnership, spelling variations, an associated shipper or another party named on the bill of lading.

02 · DATA COVERAGE

Partial trade datasets

Commercial platforms cover selected customs sources, ports, dates and document fields. Their visible total can therefore be a subset of the exporter’s complete ledger.

03 · REPORTING LAG

Publication delay

Recent shipments may take time to appear, while confidential or unmatched records may never display in a searchable public profile.

Evidence available to qualified buyers

Which shipment documents can buyers request?

  • Company registrations: current IEC, GST, APEDA, Udyam, partnership and applicable product-board registration.
  • Commercial documents: quotation, proforma invoice, packing specification and payment instructions issued in the current entity name.
  • Shipment documents: invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and transport document, as applicable to the product and destination.
  • Trade references: shared only with the reference party’s permission and subject to commercial confidentiality.
